Monthly Time Billing Summary

Cricket Hill  ·  September 2026
Prepared September 18, 2026

Design & Documentation

The team advanced kitchen island elevations and revised pendant spacing over the island, and developed back kitchen cabinetry drawings detailing pull-out shelving and a waste and recycling configuration. RCPs were updated with the recessed can layout for the kitchen and great room along with switch locations, and the tile schedule was refined for the primary bath and mudroom.

Sourcing & Procurement

The studio sourced sconces for the guest bath, confirmed damp ratings, and updated the lighting schedule and design boards, and coordinated with Visual Comfort on architectural lighting pricing, lead times, and showroom follow-up. Tile samples were ordered from two vendors and reviewed against the design boards and client preferences, the plumbing fixture schedule was issued to the vendor for quote and reconciled upon its return, and hardwood flooring was addressed through a chevron sample request and a substrate and lead time check.

Communication & Coordination

A client Zoom addressed powder room tile direction and vanity finish, and a site visit with the contractor tracked framing progress, ceiling heights, and confirmed the skylight location.

Administrative

The team entered reimbursables in Studio Designer, prepared the monthly time billing, drafted the flat fee invoice, and re-sent the outstanding installment invoice.

Next Steps

Finalize the mudroom cabinetry for client approval and issue the cabinet drawings to the cabinet maker.
